How do I view my pickup schedule for my recurring service?

Logged in to My WM
- Log in to My WM. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage.
- From the service cards, you can view your services and details for your next scheduled pickup and your previous service details.
Not logged in to My WM
- From wm.com, click on Schedule & ETA near the top of the screen.
- Under “Continue As Guest”, input your information and click Verify.
- View your pickup details under “Next Pickup”.
If you are using a mobile device, select the image of the truck to get to the Schedule & ETA page.
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather or truck repairs may delay your pickup, but you should receive an alert if it cannot be completed. Learn how to receive text or email alerts here.
